Which key type do I need?

Bulldog uses Original Tubular and New Blade keys. Compare your existing key carefully with the identification drawings. The tubular design is the most common, but you must select the style matching your key.

Where can I find my key number?

Enter the complete code shown on your existing key, including every letter and number. Use the key-number support guide for help.

What happens if I enter the wrong key number?

The key is specially manufactured from the number you submit. Once the order is placed, the number cannot be changed. A special-order key cannot be refunded because an incorrect number was supplied.

What does Key Verification include?

We email instructions for sending a photograph of your key and verify the visible number. Verification includes the No Fit Guarantee, subject to the applicable terms. If you do not reply within five days, manufacture proceeds using the number entered and the guarantee continues to apply.

How long will my key take?

Allow approximately 14 business days for manufacture and delivery because each key is cut to order by the lock manufacturer.

What is the Standard service?

Standard provides eligible product and key registration, secure key-number recording, relevant warranty support, a replacement-key discount and prioritisation of a future replacement order.

What is the Premium service?

Premium adds enhanced registration and a pre-ordered spare key held securely and anonymously for emergency dispatch to a UK address. Special Delivery charges are payable when the stored key is requested.

Can you supply a key for the GB200 Golf Buggy Lock?

No. A key for the Bulldog GB200 Golf Buggy Lock cannot be supplied through this service.

Can you deliver internationally?

This checkout initially accepts United Kingdom delivery addresses only. Contact us before ordering to discuss international delivery.
